About Us

Myriam and Michelle are longtime residents of the Nachalot neighborhood in the heart of Jerusalem. The Mahane Yehuda market is their backyard shop, and they know the market sellers by their first names.

They founded Yamishuk after many years of working in the field of tourism, when they noticed that many visitors have a hard time finding themselves among the hundreds of market stalls, and have difficulty knowing where the best places are. However, they saw that people are also looking for the independence of what and where to eat according to their own pace and taste.

And that's how 'Yamishuk' was born – an experience where you can choose your tasting, get to know the market sellers, and of course have fun!
